Clearly ROL fielded that illegal pilot because they had no one else in the alliance that could fly that ship! Good ruling. No real impact for the infraction, no real penalty as a result.

Tyraxx is correct. It is not a game-impacting infraction (they stop moving before the match begins), so there's no real need for the penalty to be noteworthy. The only real problem right now is that it actually does have an impact on armor tanked...

You might notice that most normal PvP doesn't involve being able to warp in at 50km against a foe that is expressly disallowed from warping without need of tackling them.
